Plumbing emergencies rarely wait for business hours. A pipe can burst at 2 a.m., a water heater can quit on a Saturday night, a frozen pipe can split open overnight, or a backed-up drain can flood a basement in minutes. Floros Plumbing & Heating offers 24 hour emergency plumbing services across Melrose and nearby communities, with Petros Floros personally handling every job himself.
Our emergency coverage includes:
Burst pipe repair and emergency plumbing leak repair
Emergency water heater repair and emergency water heater replacement
Clogged drain repair, including sink and shower drain clearing
Toilet unclogging and toilet repair
Boiler repair and hydronic heating repair during cold snaps
Faucet repair and sink repair for active leaks
How It Works
What Happens When You Call Floros Plumbing & Heating
Here's what to expect from the moment you pick up the phone to the moment the job is finished.
1
Step 1:You Call, Petros Answers
Every call goes straight to Petros Floros, not a dispatcher or call center. He'll ask a few quick questions about what's happening so he arrives with the right parts and tools for your specific emergency plumbing repair.
2
Step 2:We Give You a Real Arrival Window
Because Floros Plumbing & Heating is owner operated, you get an honest timeframe instead of a vague promise. For a burst pipe or active leak, that usually means getting to your home the same day, often within hours.
3
Step 3:On-Site Diagnosis and Fix
Petros inspects the problem on arrival, whether it's a failed water heater, a frozen and split pipe, or a backed-up drain line, and walks you through the repair options and cost before any work begins.
4
Step 4:Repair, Test, and Walkthrough
Once the repair is complete, we test the fix under real conditions, water flowing, heat running, drains clearing, so you know the problem is actually solved. We also explain what caused it and how to help prevent it from happening again.

Know The Warning Signs
Signs You Need an Emergency Plumber Right Away
Some plumbing problems can wait for a scheduled appointment. Others can't, and knowing the difference can save your home from real damage.
Water pooling near a wall, ceiling, or baseboard, which often points to a hidden pipe repair issue
A water heater that's leaking, making loud noises, or has stopped producing hot water
A toilet that won't stop running or won't flush at all
A sink, shower, or floor drain that's backing up instead of draining
A boiler or radiator that's cold or making banging noises in freezing weather
Any sudden, unexplained spike in your water bill
If you're seeing any of these, don't wait it out. Call Floros Plumbing & Heating and we'll help you figure out whether it's urgent.
