Petros Floros has been fixing pipes, heating systems, and water heaters across Saugus for over three decades, building a reputation one job at a time rather than through a big sales team. Every call gets answered personally, and every job gets the same careful attention whether it's a running toilet or a full water heater replacement.

Plumbing and Heating Services Available in Saugus
Floros Plumbing & Heating handles the full range of residential plumbing repair and heating work that Saugus homes need, from a single dripping faucet to a complete boiler replacement. Here's what we cover for homeowners throughout town.
24 Hour Emergency Plumbing Services
A burst pipe or overflowing toilet doesn't wait until morning, and neither do we. Our emergency plumber responds day or night for leaks, floods, and anything that can't hold until a normal appointment.
From boiler repair and boiler maintenance to baseboard heating repair and radiator repair, we keep Saugus homes warm through every Massachusetts winter. Hydronic heating repair and hot water heating repair are both part of our regular service work.
When a water heater fails, we offer same day water heater replacement and emergency water heater replacement so your household isn't stuck without hot water. Both tank and tankless installations are available.
Not every water heater problem means starting over. We handle water heater leak repair, pilot light issues, and other hot water heater repair work to extend the life of your current unit.
Slow or clogged drains are one of the most common calls we get. Drain clearing and drain cleaning services include sink drain clearing, shower drain clearing, toilet unclogging, and general clogged drain repair.
Local Plumbing Service Across Saugus Neighborhoods
Saugus has a mix of housing that keeps our work interesting, from the older homes clustered near Saugus Center and Cliftondale Square to the ranch style houses built up around Lynnhurst and Golden Hills in the decades after World War II. Older galvanized piping and aging water heaters are common in those original neighborhoods, and we see our share of slow drains and corroded supply lines as a result.
Newer construction near the Saugus River and homes closer to Route 1 tend to have different needs, often tied to hydronic heating systems or tankless water heaters that require specialized service. We also handle light commercial plumbing for the small businesses and restaurants along the Route 1 corridor, many of which rely on dependable heating and hot water just as much as any household.
Whether your home sits near the Saugus Ironworks National Historic Site or further out toward the Lynn line, our team knows the plumbing quirks of this town and comes prepared.

Know the Warning Signs
Signs a Saugus Home Needs a Plumber Now
Some plumbing problems can wait for a scheduled visit, and some can't. If you notice any of the following in your Saugus home, it's worth calling sooner rather than later.
Water pooling around the base of your water heater or a sudden drop in hot water
A toilet that won't stop running or keeps clogging despite repeated plunging
Slow or gurgling drains in the kitchen sink, bathroom sink, or shower
Banging or knocking noises coming from baseboard heaters or radiators
A sudden spike in your water bill with no obvious explanation
Visible water stains on ceilings, walls, or near exposed pipes in the basement
If any of these sound familiar, don't wait for the problem to get worse. An emergency plumbing repair now is almost always less costly than the damage a delay can cause.
