Everett Plumbing And Heating Services
Plumbing and Heating Services Available in Everett
From a dripping faucet in a Glendale Square kitchen to a boiler that quit on a January morning near Everett High School, Floros Plumbing & Heating covers the residential plumbing and heating issues that come up in Everett homes. Every job gets the same attention, whether it's a quick repair or a full water heater replacement.
24 Hour Emergency Plumbing Services
Burst pipes, flooding basements, and sudden leaks need an emergency plumber who answers the phone, not a voicemail. We provide emergency plumbing repair across Everett any hour of the day.
Many Everett homes still run on boilers, radiators, and baseboard heat. We handle boiler repair, boiler maintenance, hydronic heating repair, and radiator repair so your home stays warm through the winter.
When a water heater fails, you need hot water back fast. We offer water heater installation, hot water heater replacement, and same day water heater replacement for Everett households.
Lukewarm showers, strange noises, or a leaking tank all point to a water heater that needs attention. Our hot water heater repair service covers everything from minor fixes to emergency water heater repair.
Routine plumbing maintenance catches small problems before they become burst pipe repair emergencies. We handle pipe repair, faucet repair, toilet repair, and sink repair throughout Everett.
A clogged drain in the kitchen or bathroom rarely clears itself. We provide small drain clearing, sink drain clearing, shower drain clearing, and toilet unclogging so water flows the way it should.
Everett's housing stock runs the gamut, from the dense triple-deckers near Everett Square to newer construction closer to the Encore Boston Harbor development along the Mystic River. Each of those building types comes with its own plumbing quirks, older galvanized pipes in some of the three-families, modern PEX in the newer builds, and we've worked on both.
Homes in lower lying areas near the river and around Rivergreen Park can be more prone to drainage backups during heavy rain, something we watch for when clearing drains or inspecting sump setups. We've also serviced plenty of properties around Sweetser Circle and Gateway Center where older heating systems are still doing the job decades after installation.
That local familiarity means we show up already understanding what we might find, whether it's a boiler tucked into a tight basement corner or a water heater original to the house.

Warning Signs To Watch For
Signs an Everett Home Needs a Plumber Now
Some plumbing and heating problems can wait for a scheduled visit. Others need an emergency plumber before they get worse, and knowing the difference saves you money and stress.
Water pooling around the base of your water heater, a sign of water heater leak repair needed
A boiler or radiator that's cold or making knocking sounds
Sinks or tubs draining slowly despite clearing the drain yourself
Low or no hot water, especially if it changed suddenly
Visible pipe corrosion, dripping, or a sudden spike in your water bill
A toilet that won't stop running or won't flush properly
If you're seeing any of these signs, call before a small issue turns into a burst pipe repair or a flooded basement.
